What if your next role wasn’t just a job — but the place where you got to build something that actually lasts?
We’re looking for someone is obsessed with Jesus and wants to invite others into that passion — someone who wants to be in a place where students are genuinely known, leaders are developed with intention, and the staff around you feel more like family than coworkers. That’s what we’re building at Bridgewood, and we’d love for the right person to come build it with us.
Who We Are
At Bridgewood, our mission is building a safe place to be with and become like Jesus. Everything we do flows from two simple questions we invite every person — students included — to engage Jesus in:
“Jesus, what do you want to say to me?”
“Jesus, how do you want me to respond?”
We believe that when youth learn to hear and respond to Jesus’s voice, faith stops being a duty and starts being the most natural thing about them. If you just got goosebumps reading that, keep going.

What It’s Like to Be on Our Team
Our staff is the kind of team that laughs daily, prays together, and genuinely cares about what’s happening in each other’s lives — not just at work, but at home. We collaborate, we give each other grace, and we celebrate wins together. You won’t be handed a program and told to run it. You’ll be trusted, resourced, and given real room to lead.
What You’ll Get to Do
This role is for someone who wants to shape the next generation — not just manage a program. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- Lead a weekly Wednesday night ministry for students in grades 6–12 — bringing together worship, teaching, small groups, and the kind of environment students actually want to show up to.
- Build and invest in a volunteer team that pours into students’ lives and carries the ministry forward with you.
- Create experiences — events, camps, mission trips, and outreach — that become the stories students tell for the rest of their lives.
- Partner with parents and guardians, equipping them to be the primary faith influencers in their student’s life.
- Carry Bridgewood’s mission into everything the youth ministry does, as a full and valued member of the broader church staff.
You’re Probably the Right Fit If…
- You love Jesus deeply and are genuinely committed to listening to and following the movement of the Holy Spirit. You know your Bible and it shows in how you live.
- You’re looking for a church home, not just a job — you’re ready to plant yourself here and be known.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in youth ministry or a closely related role.
- You’re a natural team player who makes the people around you better.
- You're genuinely relational and genuinely organized — relationships are your fuel, but details don't fall through the cracks on your watch.
- You know how to build relationships with students outside the walls of the church — in their world, not just yours.
- Your beliefs and core values align with ours. You can explore those at bridgewoodcc.org/whoweare.
